Christopher Orsello is a Chicago-based Italian-American director and filmmaker who focuses on narrative and multimedia storytelling. He founded Orsello Pictures, where he works freelance to direct, edit, shoot, and produce narrative, commercial, and content.

Chris’ recent work includes Nine Miles West, a documentary short developed alongside alumni of the Academy Awards, Sundance, Rotterdam, and Chicago IFF, currently awaiting its festival premiere, and PRESSure, a narrative short that wrapped production in October 2026. His other credits are Omertà (Illinois Film Festival ‘26) and Bound by Conflict (Saint John’s IFF '25).
