Christopher Orsello is a Chicago-based Italian-American filmmaker who focuses on multimedia and narrative storytelling. He founded an independent production company, Orsello Pictures, where he works as a freelance director, editor, and cinematographer. His work serves clients in narrative, commercial, documentary, and branded content across the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Nine Miles West is Chris’ most recent directorial project. It is a documentary short developed alongside alumni of the Academy Awards, Sundance, and the Chicago International Film Festival and is currently awaiting its festival premiere. His previous work includes Omertà (Illinois Film Festival ‘26) and Bound By Conflict (St. John's IFF ‘25).
